block bookings If you let us know by text to 07967637705 and on the Facebook page that you can't make a session then we'll compensate at our discretion if we can get a replacement via an adjustment in price for next booking if cancelled 3 days in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session cannot be refunded as payment is made to Champneys. You are welcome to arrange for a friend to cover your place, then that is an arrangement between you and them. Please ensure they are aware of the set up and requirements, get there early, and let me know please in advance so we don't delay the whole class. For any emergency reasons, work late, or illness just drop me a line and we'll evaluate on case by case basis. It's an idea to use the Facebook group to let people know you are offering your place and then anyone interested can get in touch with me to book If you choose to go on the waitlist, it will be offered for any sessions that are relevant, then you will receive a notification that you are being offered a place, you'll need to download the app for this. Full instructions offered when you apply for waitlist. The app will in strict order offer those on wait list the session for them to book.
